US Restricts Entry for Certain H-1B Nonimmigrants



 An executive order went into effect September 21 placing restrictions on certain H-1B nonimmigrant workers. It may affect those outside the United States applying for entry, as well as impose additional fees. There is uncertainty over how the policy will be implemented and what exemptions will apply.
